I have been wanting to make this for some time and finally over the past few weeks have had time to sit down and punch a bunch out. It is wonderful for using to sprinkle around centerpieces for wedding or party decor, or to add to love letters, like I have been doing lately. Not only will your friends & loved ones get a sweet card from you, but upon opening it up, bunches of little hearts or birds will flutter out and make them smile.
